How to Get to Haw Par Villa: MRT, Address, Parking, and Simple Route Tips

The Circle Line is the simplest route to Haw Par Villa. The MRT station is almost at the entrance, which makes this one of the most accessible heritage attractions in Singapore.

Best option: MRT

Take the MRT if you want the cleanest route. It is simple, predictable, and does not depend on parking. There is no need to change trains if you are already on the Circle Line.

Haw Par Villa Station CC25 is the nearest MRT station. Exit from the station and the entrance to Haw Par Villa is about a one-minute walk. The station is on the Circle Line, four stops from Harbourfront and seven stops from Bishan.

If you are coming by taxi or private-hire car

Use 262 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118628 as the drop-off point in your map app. The drop-off point is directly in front of the main gate. This is the simplest choice if you do not want to change trains or walk far.

If you are driving

Parking is available at ORTO, 27 West Coast Highway, Singapore 117867, about a 5-minute walk from Haw Par Villa. The car park charges standard rates. Drive only if it already fits your day. For most visitors, MRT is easier and cheaper.

By bus

Several bus services stop at the Haw Par Villa bus stop along Pasir Panjang Road: services 10, 51, 143, 175, 188, 200, and 201. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the entrance. This is a good alternative if you are coming from the West Coast or Clementi areas.

Cycling

There are bicycle racks at the entrance and at Haw Par Villa MRT station. However, the museum does not allow bicycles inside the premise. Lock your bicycle at the rack before entering.
